  1. Reporting, Research & Analysis
    • Runs reports assisting analysis of premium revenue, risk adjustment payments, and other revenue streams related to lines of business.
    • Gathers and validates financial and enrollment data from internal and external sources.
    • Supports RAF and financial data needs of program through data collection and organization.
    • Runs data for models to assess the impact of regulatory changes, enrollment trends, and market dynamics on revenue.
    • Variance analysis: identify variances between actual and projected revenue, providing follow up opportunities for further research.
  2. Compliance & Documentation
    • Reconciles that reporting adheres to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
    •  Builds and maintains conceptual level knowledge of revenue structures and regulations.
    • Follows appropriate documentation of desktop procedures for reconciliation and audit needs.
  3.  Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  2. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  3.  Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
