About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Associate Brand Manager to support the development and execution of innovative marketing programs that drive product growth, customer engagement, and commercial success. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with sales, clinical, training, and business teams to bring products to market, develop impactful customer communications, and support business growth. What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling product messaging and value propositions tailored to customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop sales tools, communication plans, educational materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Partner with sales enablement and training teams to support product knowledge and commercial effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to understand evolving needs and improve engagement.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and market dynamics to inform future marketing strategies.
- Support pricing analyses, product lifecycle management activities, and obsolescence planning.
- Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence and market research to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, product marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or clinically focused industries.
- Understanding of product marketing, market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Experience developing sales enablement tools and customer-facing communications.
- Ability to communicate technical or clinical information in a compelling, customer-focused manner.
