Description

We are looking for a charismatic, self-motivated Business Acquisition Representative

who can spark interest, create meaningful customer connections, and drive new

business into the dealership through social media. In this role, you will use creative

outreach, engaging content, and proactive lead-generation strategies to build brand

awareness, attract qualified customers, and support the Sales Team in turning leads

into dealership visits and sales opportunities. This growth-focused position also offers

ongoing sales-process training, hands-on experience alongside Sales Consultants, and

the potential to advance into a Sales Consultant role.

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Outgoing, witty, and charismatic personality.
Professional, mature, and understands they represent the dealership's brand at all times.
Self-starter who does not require constant direction after training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking on camera and creating social media content.
Sales experience, automotive experience, BDC, customer acquisition, or content creation experience preferred.
Basic video recording/editing skills are a plus.
Valid driver's license.
