LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Assisted Living Units

Hiring: Full-time & Part-time 

Sign-on Bonus: $4500 PT / $12,500 FT 

Retention Bonus: $2,500–$5,000 annually 

Pay: $24.50–$29.00/hr (dependent upon experience & shift)

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current Michigan LPN license

About the Role

  • Provide high‑quality nursing care in a senior living environment
  • Supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants
  • Support a warm, hospitality‑driven, resident‑centered community

Key Responsibilities

  • Resident ADL Support — Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
  • Care Plan Management — Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
  • Clinical Reporting — Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
  • Nursing Care Delivery — Administer care per physician orders
  • Interdisciplinary Coordination — Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services

Schedule Options

  • 1st Shift: 6am–2pm
  • 2nd Shift: 2pm–10pm
