Position Summary Responsible for repairing and servicing boats in the field and at production facilities. Job Responsibilities Repair boats in the field or at production facilities as directed Act as liaison between company and dealer/customer Properly care for company equipment, ensuring the field service vehicle and all field service equipment is well maintained; report all deficiencies in equipment and oversee their repair as directed Control travel expenses Keep a positive and professional attitude when working under adverse and difficult situations Report on the cost of repairs and other projects Work with other staff to promote a team approach to problem solving Conduct training sessions with dealers’ service personnel Operate, navigate and handle all Tiara Yachts in a safe and competent manner Other duties as directed by the Sr. Manager of Dealer & Service Support QualificationsEducation & Job Requirements Education and Experience: Must be capable of operating the field service vehicle, have a current operator’s license, and travel extensively on airlines Must have a thorough knowledge of all phases of boat repair, including fiberglass, mechanical and electrical skills Must be able to communicate well in written and oral communications with customers, dealers and Tiara Yachts employees. Must present and conduct oneself on a professional level with a positive attitude   General Job Requirements: Pass a background check, drug test and physical Ability to work overtime as requested Promote a safe and clean work environment Willingness to work on a team or individually Able to follow manufacturing instructions and understand processes Must practice PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policies as mandated per area (safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, etc.) Must follow company safety guidelines Must be fluent in the English language; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
