NOW HIRING: SALON MANAGER
Blo Blow Dry Bar – Pearland, TX

Are you a natural leader ready to take a growing salon to the next level? Blo Pearland is looking for a Manager who will lead our team, build our reputation out in the Pearland community, and help drive real business growth.

We are seeking:
A full-time Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our stylist team, drive business results, and represent Blo Pearland out in the community — someone who's equal parts leader, coach, operator, and connector.

COMPENSATION
$40,000/year salary + commissions
Full-time — weekends are our busiest days and biggest opportunity for impact, so expect regular weekend hours, with evenings as needed
Paid biweekly (26 pay periods/year)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Team Leadership & Operations

Lead, coach, and support our existing stylist team, while continuing to recruit and hire as we grow
Lead training, coaching, and 1:1 development conversations
Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable
Be present and hands-on during our busiest shifts — especially weekends, when the full team is working and needs the most support
Own the guest experience from first booking to rebooking, and pitch in at the front desk as needed
Track and drive key business metrics: sales, memberships, retail, rebooking
Manage scheduling, payroll support, and day-to-day bar operations
Maintain brand standards across the bar's look, feel, and systems

Community & Local Marketing

Build Blo Pearland's presence and reputation in the local community
Develop collaborations and partnerships with other local businesses
Represent Blo Pearland at community events, women's groups, and organizations like the Chamber of Commerce
Identify local marketing opportunities to bring new guests through the door
Act as the face of Blo Pearland at outside events and networking opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

Previous management or leadership experience (salon/spa/hospitality/retail preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable coaching performance and holding a team accountable
Willingness to network and represent the business in the community
Regular weekend availability, with some evenings as needed
Passion for people, culture-building, and business results
