About You

You love Jesus. You love kids. You are mission-driven, relationship-minded and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You bring excellence to your work, communicate effectively and take ownership of whatever is in front of you.

You thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment and are comfortable wearing multiple hats. You are adaptable, collaborative and willing to jump in wherever needed—whether that means building relationships, solving problems, creating new opportunities or supporting others to move an important initiative forward.

You think beyond your individual role and look for ways to make the entire team and organization stronger. You approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, work well with others and aren't afraid to take initiative when you see an opportunity to advance the mission.

At the end of the day, you do what it takes to get things done. Above all, you know this isn’t just your career. It’s a chance to do something meaningful. A chance to serve others. And a chance to make a life-changing impact on students with the gospel.

About the Job

You know you want to build a career in marketing. You may not know yet whether your future is in social media, growth marketing, content, creative or marketing operations. That's okay.

LifeWise is seeking a gospel-centered, highly organized and curious Marketing Coordinator to support a growing national marketing team while gaining hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines.

You'll have real responsibilities from day one—from helping manage our national social media accounts and preparing campaign data to coordinating creative requests and making sure important details don't fall through the cracks.

You'll work alongside experienced marketers and creatives, learning how each part of a modern marketing team works while gradually taking on more responsibility. As your skills grow, so will your opportunities to contribute.

You won't know how to do everything we ask you to do. We don't expect you to. We're looking for someone whose response to a new challenge is: "I don't know how to do that yet, but give me 30 minutes."
