- Assist physicians and nurses with examinations, procedures, and vital signs.
- Administer vaccinations, collect laboratory specimens, and run basic lab tests.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and help schedule appointments.
- Manage insurance verification and interdisciplinary communications[cite: 2].
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate Degree preferred).
- Strong computer skills and experience with EHR systems.
- Experience scheduling appointments, multitasking, and managing administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing regulations.
- Medical Assistant experience (3+ years) or CMA/RMA preferred, but not required.
