Diesel Mechanic

Slomin's, one of Long Island's largest and fastest growing companies, is looking for a full-time Diesel Mechanic for our Hicksville, New York location. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, diagnosing, adjusting, repairing and overhauling oil delivery trucks, vans, hi-cube trucks, company cars and all types of Diesel and gas powered equipment. 

Qualified candidates must have at least 5+ years' experience, all applicable mechanical tools and knowledge of New York State department of transportation laws and requirements. Valid CDL license preferred. 

Work hours for this position are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
