Master/Journeyman Electrician

Position Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team. Job will require you to be dependable and hard working. Job will require you to diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem at White Energy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

· Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams

· Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers

· Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems

· Use hand and power tools

· Adhere to state and local building regulations

· Complete work orders on time

· Create records of materials used

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

· Minimum of 2-years or more experience

· Licensed Electrician

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

& EXPERIENCE:

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills

· Ability to identify wires accurately

· Ability to perform electrical tests, read results and diagnose and repair electrical problems

· Problem-solving

· Critical thinking

· Circuit knowledge

· Time management

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· This job may require lifting, up to 50 pounds frequently.

· Must be able to be respirator qualified (Complete a Pulmonary Function Test).

· Capability of working in a fast-working environment and adjust quickly to different task.
