Office Pride of Nashville-Hendersonville is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractor to join our growing team in Hendersonville, TN. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on your own schedule while delivering top-quality commercial cleaning services to local businesses. Responsibilities:

Perform commercial janitorial and cleaning services at assigned client locations
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain hard surface and carpeted floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and quality standards
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all client sites

Requirements:
MUST HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE

Prior commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Hendersonville, TN area
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
Ability to pass a background check
Flexible availability, including evenings and/or weekends
