Whether you’re helping customers find what they need, keeping the store stocked and organized, or preparing fresh food in our deli locations, you’ll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do

As a Team Member, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store, including sales floor, restrooms, coolers, and common areas.
• Receive, stock, rotate, and merchandise inventory to ensure shelves remain full, organized, and products stay fresh.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the Team Leader.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and legal requirements, including age verification for alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Help maintain a secure shopping environment by reporting safety or security concerns.
• Support the team by performing additional duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities at Deli Locations

Team Members working in stores with a deli will also:

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and food safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, and microwaves.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served with quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and food preparation area.
• Take customer food orders and provide friendly, professional service.
• Monitor food inventory, rotate products, and assist with stocking and inventory counts.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Food service experience is a plus for deli locations but is not required—we’ll provide training.
