Responsibilities:

• Install, replace, and upgrade residential electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in residential homes.
• Complete electrical installations according to local codes and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, including attics, crawl spaces, and basements.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb for extended periods.
• Ability to work at heights using ladders and elevated platforms.
• Manual dexterity to safely operate tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years of residential electrical installation experience required.
• Electrical license preferred.
• Experience with service upgrades, panel replacements, rewiring, and residential electrical installations preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
