Quality Auditors are integral members of our Account Management teams who proactively obtain, compile and follow up on information critical to providing exceptional consulting, placement and advocacy for Willis Towers Watson clients and prospects. You will be required to work Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.Â

The RoleÂ
In this role you will be responsible for auditing all transactions that are processed in the Surety Service Center. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy and a strong knowledge of surety bond transactions. This will involve building relationships and working closely with client-decision makers, reviewing executed deliverables on our client’s behalf in accordance with our service level agreements and standard operating procedures and completing various administrative tasks. You must also be able to mentor new hires and provide support to Assistant Client Services Specialists.Â
Duties include, but are not limited to:Â
Ability to accurately audit surety bonds based on the specific instructions of the client and/or Client Manager as communicatedÂ
Ability to understand and interpret the information presented in a bond requestÂ
Assist with resolution of client/carrier accounting issuesÂ
Prepare written correspondence, reports and analysis as needed for managementÂ
Communicate effectively with clients, Client Managers and other team membersÂ
Participate in internal and external meetingsÂ
Maintain client confidentialityÂ
Mentor new hires and provide on-going feedbackÂ
Provide support to Assistant Client Services Specialists in their day-to-day transactions as neededÂ

Qualifications

Ability to obtain any necessary licenses within 90 days of employmentÂ

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and OutlookÂ
1-2+ years insurance industry experience related to servicing accountsÂ
Experience working with Surety, including in an insurance brokerage environmentÂ
Achieve and maintain a 99+% quality score in productionÂ
Experience working with Epic and Sure Path
