As a CCMA at NARMC, you’ll assist with direct care, diagnostic testing, and front-office tasks—working side-by-side with nurses and providers to deliver efficient, friendly care. Job Summary Provide clinical and administrative support in a physician practice: patient intake, vitals, point-of-care testing, injections, EKGs, room turnover, patient education, scheduling, check-in/out, and EHR documentation—under supervision of licensed professionals. Key Responsibilities Prep rooms/patients; obtain vital signs; collect/process specimens; perform POC testing. Administer immunizations/injections per orders; assist with minor procedures and suture removal. Perform EKG; maintain equipment sterilization and infection prevention; restock supplies. Front-office support: scheduling, eligibility, prior auths, co-pay collection, EHR documentation. Job Qualifications Required High school diploma (or equivalent); BLS; CCMA certification (NHA/AMT or equivalent). Preferred 1+ year clinic experience; phlebotomy or EKG certificate.
