OnBase Technical Lead

Position Summary:
Seeking an OnBase Technical Lead to serve as the technical authority for OnBase applications, with strong expertise in OnBase WorkView and Workflow. The role will lead development efforts, design and code enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, and provide hands-on technical and architectural leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, configuration, testing, and implementation of OnBase solutions.

• Configure and optimize WorkView and Workflow applications and processes.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Guide development teams and review designs for quality and enterprise alignment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

• Develop interfaces, workflows, and process strategies.

• Support testing, debugging, issue resolution, and status reporting.

• Provide technical guidance and training to staff.

Required/Preferred Skills:

• Expert-level OnBase WorkView & Workflow knowledge.

• Experience developing and enhancing existing OnBase applications.

• Strong OnBase systems configuration and administration experience.

• Understanding of Unity Client and its use with OnBase applications.

• 4-year degree or equivalent technical education.

• OnBase WorkView & Workflow certification preferred.
