Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Pre-Review final documents daily submissions from participating (mortgages, assignment, and government insurance) lenders for completeness; identify missing documentation and contact lenders as necessary to obtain required item.Â
- Understand the workflow recording processes in various county recorder of deeds in order to review the documents for acceptability and recognize when documents need to be corrected.
- Sort, distribute and process the incoming mail and complete filing daily.
- Complete the necessary filing for all applicable documents in the File Room.
- Update final document data in the originations system as documents are received from participating lenders.
- Generate letters to the Lenders to request final documents not submitted in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the Government Insurance Certificates are received by the Participating Lender in a timely manner.
- Retrieve the outstanding Mortgage Insurance Certificates from FHA Connection.
- Scan Final Document and miscellaneous documents into document management system as needed.
- Monitor staff requests for Trustee documents and preparing the weekly Trustee shipments.
- Complete the review of final documents for Special Initiative programs.Â
- Update lender addresses and contact information in the Bank Maintenance Screen.
- Prioritize jobs to maintain the final document workflow and meet deadlines.Â
- Assist the Final Document Manager with miscellaneous tasks.
Employee will be required to work at the physical location of the Harrisburg PA office during scheduled business hours.
