Schedule
- Days: Mon – Fri
- Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm (includes 1 hour break)
Pay
- $20.00 per hourÂ
- Paid bi-weekly with direct deposit option
Responsibilities
- Ability to work with others efficiently
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Furniture & Equipment: Moving & arranging chairs, desks and other equipment
- Lighting & Electrical Upkeep: Changing light bulbs, exit signs, batteries, switch and outlet cover replacement, etc.
- Minor Plumbing: Replacing toilet seat, flappers, fill valves, faucets aerator, etc.Â
- Mounting & Hanging: Hanging whiteboards, bulletin boards, shelving, pictures, signage, etc.
- Doors & Hardware: Tightening hinges, handles, kick plates, adjusting and lubricating door closers, etc.
- Restroom Fixtures: Installing and replacing dispensers and toilet paper holders, tightening grab bars and partitions, etc.
- Walls & Surfaces: Minor drywall patching, tough up painting and caulking
- Ceiling Tiles: Replacing stained or damaged drop in ceiling tiles
- Floors & Building Upkeep: Replacing transition strips, minor baseboard repairs, installing floor mats, etc.
- Exterior (ground level): Exterior bulb replacement within the height limit, minor sign repairs, debris pickup at entrances, etc.
- Preventative Walkthroughs: Schedule inspections of filters, belts, hoses, batteries, doors, fixtures, and equipment
- Assembly: Assembling furniture and equipment
- Minor Repairs: Tightening and adjusting desks, chairs, and small hardware items
- General Support: In building deliveries, storage room organization, and other light handyman tasks requested through the work order system
Skills
- Proven working experience in maintenance (2-5 years preferred)
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Good communicator
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable mode of transportation (personal vehicle or public transit) -No Uber, Lyft, etc.
- Pass Background Check
