Join the One Health Hardin team as a Full-Time Pharmacist and make a meaningful impact in rural communities across Montana.

While your home base will be our Hardin location, you'll also have opportunities to support our Miles City, Glendive, and Lewistown teams when coverage is needed for vacations, planned absences, or unexpected staffing situations. 


This role offers the best of both worlds: the stability of a full-time position and the chance to extend your reach by helping patients and colleagues across multiple communities. Advance notice for travel assignments will be provided whenever possible and transportation between sites with be provided.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Advocate for and uphold professional pharmacy standards, ensuring compliance with ethical, federal, and state regulations.
  • Provide comprehensive pharmacy services including prescription verification, dispensing, patient counseling.
  • Manage medication inventory, clinic formulary, ordering processes, and controlled substance records while ensuring cost‑effective operations.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams by offering prescription information, participating in quality assurance activities, and contributing to staff education.
  • Model exceptional customer service and adhere to One Health policies, compliance expectations, and high‑quality patient care standards.


Minimum Qualifications

Required

  • Degree in Pharmacy from accredited program
  • Montana pharmacist license
  • Active immunization certification through the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) or equivalent ACPE-accredited training program
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred

  • PharmD degree
  • 2 yrs retail or FQHC pharmacist experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (tables, charts, graphs, complex functions)
