• Manage programs in alignment with Oceaneering values, including safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and business ethics.

• Lead and mentor project managers and assistant program managers, setting clear expectations and ensuring effective team performance.

• Oversee program integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks, procurement, and stakeholder engagement to meet project requirements.

• Formulate and execute program strategies, ensuring alignment with Oceaneering Technologies and ADTECH strategic objectives.

• Coordinate and monitor inter‑connected projects, resolving cross‑project issues and supporting resource allocation across functional teams.

• Manage program budgets, schedules, deliverables, vendors, and personnel to ensure successful execution and maximize ROI.

• Assess program performance and prepare reports for program directors and portfolio managers.

• Collaborate with Business Development to identify and support new project and program opportunities.

• Promote continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned and recommending enhancements to processes and procedures.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
