This position works Friday to Sunday 5:30AM-5:30PM.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy, including assigning and validating SKUs and inventory locations within the warehouse.
- Research, document, and communicate discrepancies between system inventory records and physical counts, assisting with identifying and correcting inventory issues.
- Assist with unloading trailers as needed and ensure incoming product is properly accounted for and directed to the appropriate location.
- Review and verify SKUs, product quantities, product quality, and code dates to ensure inventory meets established standards.
- Inspect and properly sort product into appropriate categories, including damaged, stale/out-of-code, outlet/short-code, and good stock inventory.
- Review and audit damage sheets on a weekly basis to ensure inventory adjustments are accurate, properly documented, and completed in a timely manner.
- Run Open RMA reports in D365, review outstanding activity, and distribute reports to managers and other appropriate team members as needed.
- Conduct weekly audits of trailers, TRACK locations, and RAF locations to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies requiring follow-up.
- Assist with investigating inventory variances and work with warehouse leadership and team members to identify potential causes and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure transactions, adjustments, and product movements are properly documented within applicable systems.
- Promote a team-oriented work environment that encourages accountability, communication, accuracy, and ownership of inventory throughout the operation.
- Complete special projects, assignments, reports, and other inventory-related duties as requested by leadership.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while identifying and reporting potential safety, quality, or inventory concerns.

- Must be available to work the Weekend Day schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–5:30 PM, including additional hours or overtime as business needs require.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, distribution, shipping/receiving, or a related environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately count, verify, and document inventory.
- Basic computer skills required; experience with Microsoft Office and inventory or warehouse management systems preferred. Experience with D365 is a plus.
- Ability to identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and communicate findings to the appropriate team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with warehouse leadership and team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable performing audits, maintaining accurate records, and following established inventory-control procedures.
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate required warehouse equipment, including forklift
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing and walking for extended periods and lifting, moving, or handling product as required.
