Laundry Supervisor

Job Summary

The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Laundry Manager or Housekeeping Manager by ensuring that all areas have an adequate supply of clean, pressed linen as needed. 

Education & Experience:  

•    High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

•    At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.

•    Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Physical requirements:

•    Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

•    Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

•    Ability to stand during entire shift.
