About the Role:
Advanced Underground Inc. is looking for a hardworking and motivated Directional Drill Laborer to join our crew in Hamilton, OH. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced underground utility professionals on exciting infrastructure projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist directional drilling crew with setup, operation, and breakdown of HDD (horizontal directional drilling) equipment
- Support drill operators during boring and pipe-pulling operations
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, trenching, and site preparation
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with safety regulations
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
- Assist with underground utility installation including conduit, and fiber lines
Requirements:
- Prior experience in underground utilities, directional drilling, or construction preferred not mandatory.Â
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Valid driver's license preferred; CDL a plus
- Willingness to follow all OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Ability to operate hand tools and light equipment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
