Resort Housekeeping Supervisor

Crystal Springs Resort is currently hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team. The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the resort.

This position is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and overall condition of guestrooms, corridors, public areas, linen closets, and other guest and operational areas, while supporting the housekeeping team and ensuring resort standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The job functions of this position consist of, but are not limited to the following:

• Daily inspection of rooms, public spaces and laundry
• Conduct inventory monthly
• Complete all daily tasks
• Delegate tasks to housekeeping team accordingly
• Complete all assignments as requested by management 

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year housekeeping experience
• Experience in leading a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, peers, guests and supervisors
• Must be able to speak and read English
• Bilingual is not mandatory, but a plus 
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times
• Follow company policies and procedures in employee handbook
