Service Manager - Supply, NC

Champion Homes Center of Supply, NC is looking for a professional, motivated, career minded person to service our award-winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments to coordinate activates engaged in handling service orders and customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• Recommends corrective services to adjust customer complaints.
• Answers questions about service.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Issues written and oral instructions for Service Department.
• Ensures vendor parts and retailer labor is recovered as stipulated in "Champion Supplier and Retailer Recovery".
• Reviews contractor bills and ensures the work is in accordance with the amount being charged.

Candidates must possess:

• Exceptional customer service, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, planning, and scheduling ability
• The ability to address customer and internal concerns efficiently.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual duties effectively
• Strong multitasking capabilities
