Rusty Hooks LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Handyman to join our team in beautiful Southport, NC! Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks for residential and/or commercial clients
- Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and finish work as needed
- Handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs and installations
- Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend effective solutions
- Communicate professionally with clients before, during, and after job completion
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good working order
- Ensure job sites are left clean and safe upon project completion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or general contractor
- Proficiency in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or work orders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
