Scott Electric has a current opening at our Hagerstown, MD, branch for an Outside Electrical Salesperson.

Responsibilities:

• Meet face-to-face and over the phone with a diverse range of customers
• Serve a customer base that includes electrical, mechanical, and general contractors, as well as industry, government agencies, municipalities, and building supply markets

Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of electrical products
• Basic computer skills
• Market-oriented sales approach for an electrical distributor
• Good communication skills
• Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred:

• Previous electrical sales experience

Must submit to a background check and drug testing
