We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to oversee the smooth processing of customer orders from initial entry to shipping them out the door. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our sales team, customers, logistics, and finance departments. You will ensure high data accuracy, proactively track open orders, and resolve fulfillment or staging issues quickly.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ

Monitor open orders, delivery schedules, and shipping statuses to ensure on-time shipping and delivery.Â

Coordinate closely with sales, order entry and or the appropriate warehouse department, to address inventory shortages, fulfillment or processing delays which will result in shipping delays.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding order status, regarding processing and ready ship dates.Â

Identify and flag order defects, compliance issues, or any issue that would prevent us from fulfilling the order and meeting our customers needs.Â

Maintain clean, up-to-date records and generate regular status reports on open orders, aging items, and backlog metrics.Â
Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent or work in a related field.

1–3 years of experience in order management, sales support, logistics, or customer service operations.
- Bi-lingual is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills preferred) and experience working a CRM system (SAP).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.

Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
