What You'll Do
Dispatch and coordinate service technicians efficiently throughout the day
Manage schedules to ensure on-time service delivery
Monitor technician progress and adjust workloads as needed
Communicate with customers regarding service appointments and updates
Hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive, professional culture
Quickly resolve scheduling and operational challenges
Help create a seamless, stress-free experience for every client
Work closely with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Experience in one or more of the following is a major plus:

Fire Alarm Service
Fire Sprinkler Service
Fire Extinguisher Service
Dispatching field technicians
Service operations management
Construction, HVAC, electrical, or other service-based industries
