JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate – Level 1 plays a vital, hands-on role in supporting the daily flow of warehouse operations. This position is focused on executing core logistical tasks such as receiving goods, maintaining accurate inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Associates at this level contribute directly to the efficiency and accuracy of the supply chain and are expected to work safely, follow established procedures, and collaborate well with team members. It’s a foundational role ideal for individuals looking to build experience and grow within warehouse operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, sort, store, and accurately pick products.
  • Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment.
  • Load and unload materials and place them in designated areas.
  • Operate handheld scanners and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized while following all safety procedures.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse experience a plus
  • Dependable, with consistent attendance and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions, maintain safety standards, and use scanners/digital tools
  • Comfortable with basic math and documentation tasks
  • Physically able to lift, bend, push/pull, and stay active throughout the shift
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist across warehouse functions
