Office Location:Â Albany, New York
Work Schedule:Â This role has hybrid flexibility, allowing 2 remote days per week based on business needs.
Compensation Range:Â $55,000 - $75,000
We are currently seeking a Paralegal to work in our Corporate Practice Group.
The Role:
- Preparation of documents relating to formation, maintenance, and dissolution of business entities
- Oversight of business filing accounts and services
- Preparation and filing applications for Federal Employer Identification (EIN) numbers
- Assist with data room setup
- Review and analysis of lien search and title reports
- Preparation of closing checklists and bindersÂ
- Performance of administrative tasks as needed
Skills Needed for Success:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Superior writing/editing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Required:
- College Degree and/or paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
- While experience in corporate matters is strongly preferred, we will train a strong candidate lacking that specific experience
