About the Role:
Oasis Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our growing team in Greer, SC. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers and ambulation
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders in accordance with care plans
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
