What You Will Be DoingĀ
Drive business development efforts, lead technical delivery of fiber projects and provide exceptional leadership to a proven team of professional designers. Ā Lead and grow a high-performing fiber/broadband engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute regional strategy, including revenue goals and growth initiatives
- Own regional P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
- Oversee project execution to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
- Provide leadership in staffing strategy, hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Mentor and develop staff, setting goals and supporting career growth across the team
- Lead project scoping, contract development, and resource planning
- Represent HR Green through industry engagement, networking, and professional organizations
- Partner with leadership to identify market trends and position the firm for continued growth

What You BringĀ
- 10+ years of broadband evelopment experience, including leadership experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado is strongly preferred
- Proficient in GIS and comfortable working with related broadband tools such as IKE, PLA models, etc.
- Front Range Jurisdictional experience
- Design experience in fiber to the home and long-haul/hyperscaler market sectors.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects and operations
- Strong business development and client relationship management experience
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and achieving growth targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams, offices, and disciplines such as planning, transportation, water and wastewater, and landscape architecture.

Compensation RangeĀ
126,000 -206,000
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
