JOB SUMMARY: The Migration Assistant is a temporary role supporting our company-wide transition to the new point of sale. This role will be working on small team at store locations, the support center, and at our warehouse to prepare, move, install, and test equipment. Other duties as assigned by project manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Assist with the physical setup and takedown of equipment during at stores
- Help prepare and stage equipment in advance of installations
- Help in testing and verification by following written and verbal instructions
- Complete assigned tasks within specific timelines
- Work as a member of a fast-paced, deadline-driven team
- Other - duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Â
•  Minimum 18 years old, and able to work evenings, nights, and weekends
• Pass a drug test, have a valid driver’s license, and an eligible driving record for insurance. Must have reliable transportation to and from stores, support center, and warehouse.
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and procedure
• Physically able to lift 30 lbs, work on ladders, and stand for extended periods
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Effectively present information to customers, associates and management. Must display professionalism during all communications. Information received regarding business affairs must be kept confidential. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from associates, customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language.
