Overview

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is seeking an Employment Partner to join its Greenville office. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice representing employers across a broad range of workplace matters. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated employment practice, strong client relationships, and a demonstrated ability to provide practical, business-focused counsel to employers.

A Day in the Life

Represent employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation, workplace investigations, restrictive covenant disputes, employee discipline and termination issues, wage and hour compliance, and day-to-day counseling. The successful candidate will advise clients on complex employment issues, maintain and expand client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm's Labor & Employment practice.

 

We Know You

You have significant experience representing employers in labor and employment matters, including litigation, counseling, and compliance issues. You have an established and portable book of business and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. You possess strong academic credentials, excellent advocacy, communication, and drafting skills, and are admitted and in good standing in South Carolina or eligible for admission.

At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and financial data. In addition to base pay, partners may be eligible for performance bonuses based on their overall financial performance and leadership contributions to the Firm.  A benefits package is also available to all partners.
