In this role, you will pair deep FP&A expertise with hands-on project management to drive smarter capital allocation, rigorous ROI analysis, and stronger operational performance. You will translate financial insight into action—partnering across the business to plan, prioritize, and measure the investments that move the company forward.   Key Responsibilities FP&A leadership: Own the operations budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close variance analysis; build and maintain driver-based financial models that connect operational activity to financial outcomes. Business partnering: Act as the embedded finance partner to operations, supply chain, and plant leadership—providing decision support, challenging assumptions, and surfacing risks and opportunities. Capital planning & capex: Lead the capital expenditure process end to end—prioritization, business-case development, approval routing, and post-investment tracking against plan. ROI analysis: Build robust ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analyses for capital projects and operational initiatives; recommend go/no-go decisions grounded in the numbers. Project management: Manage cross-functional finance projects and initiatives from scoping through delivery—setting timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and holding owners accountable to milestones. Reporting & insight: Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting that turn data into clear, actionable insight for operational and executive audiences. Continuous improvement: Identify cost-savings and efficiency opportunities; quantify impact and track realization against committed targets. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally supporting an operations, manufacturing, or supply chain function. Demonstrated experience building capex business cases and ROI/NPV/IRR analyses. Proven project management skills—able to run cross-functional initiatives to deadline. Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficiency with an ERP and a BI/planning tool (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Power BI). Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders. Preferred MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA. Experience in a multi-site or capital-intensive operating environment. Familiarity with continuous-improvement or Lean/Six Sigma methods. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Planful experience preferred but not required.   Camco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
