• Schedule: Part-Time | Monday – Friday (5:30 PM – 9:30 PM | 20 hrs/week)

• Requirements/Qualifications: 1 year of floor care experience required; ability to operate side-by-side buffers and clean carpets; must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively.

What You’ll Do As a Janitorial Floor Tech on our team, you maintain pristine floor finishes across our client's facility! Your daily floor technician routine brings structure to your evening shift as your tasks include:

• Stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining hard surface floors using side-by-side buffers and specialized equipment.

• Performing deep carpet cleaning and extraction duties.

• Executing general floor care specialist and cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What You Bring To The Team

• Minimum 1 year of floor technician or specialized floor care experience required.

• Proven skill in operating side-by-side buffers, auto-scrubbers, and carpet cleaning equipment.

• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
