Job DetailsJob Location: PUTNAM COUNTY HOSPITAL - GREENCASTLE, IN 46135Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: Day*$250* sign on bonus after 60 days of employment!* Putnam County Hospital is looking for a Dietary Aide to join our team! This is a full-time benefits eligible position. Job Duties/Responsibilities:   • Counts money and keeps record in accordance with business office practices • Serve breakfast for patients and serve lunches for staff/visitors in cafeteria • Complies with health and safety regulations per Indiana food code • Adheres to departmental policies and procedures • Stocks the condiment and cereal area in kitchen and cafeteria • Fulfill nurse requests for patient dietary needs and washes/puts away pt dishes • Keeps tables and cafeteria line clean       Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Education Experience: HS Graduate or Equivalent Years of Related Experience: None License/Certificate Required: No Driver's License Required: No Travel Requirements: None Age Requirement: 18+ Job Requirements:   • Reliable transportation • Serve Safe Certification within 12 months of hire • Leadership skills - ability to work with limited supervision and provide guidance to peers • Knowledge of textured and therapeutic diets • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to work with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality • Abides by all HIPAA (Health Information and Portability Accountability Act) guidelines • Abides by all hospital policies and procedures • Excellent communication skills
