Position: FSET Scheduler

Location: Green Bay, WI 

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals referred to the FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET) Program. You will help participants take the first step toward services by sharing program information, coordinating orientation and enrollment appointments, and ensuring referral, contact, and attendance information is documented accurately and on time.

Position Overview- Key Responsibilities (Full details on attached job description):

  • Contacting individuals referred to FSET and providing clear, welcoming information about available services
  • Scheduling orientation and enrollment appointments within the appropriate office or region
  • Maintaining scheduling calendars, participant records, attendance information, and required data in State and internal systems
  • Supporting timely participant engagement and program compliance through accurate follow-up, documentation, and reporting
  • Providing clerical, data-entry, scanning, document-preparation, and general office support to program staff

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong customer service, communication, organization, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn State and internal database systems
  • Accurate and efficient typing skills, typically at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
