Stucco Foreman – Three-Coat & One-Coat Systems
Job Summary

This role is ideal for a productive, quality-focused foreman who can run a full stucco scope, hold texture consistency across a wall, and keep a clean, protected jobsite on occupied properties.
The Stucco Foreman will oversee daily field operations, coordinate plasterers and labor crews, ensure work meets Hale's quality standards, and keep projects moving efficiently. This is a full-time leadership position with strong earning potential for experienced stucco foremen who consistently deliver quality work.
Responsibilities
•   Lead and manage stucco crews on residential and commercial projects

•   Manage weather-resistive barrier and lath installation, including paper-backed lath, wire, casing bead, weep screed, control joints, and corner aid
•   Oversee scratch, brown, and finish coats, including mixing, hydration, and proper cure between coats
•   Deliver consistent finishes across float, sand, lace, dash, and smooth textures
•   Match existing textures and color on patch, repair, and addition work
•   Manage machine and pump application, including setup, cleanout, and maintenance
•   Oversee crack repair, elastomeric and acrylic coating, and color coat application
•   Ensure proper flashing, sealant, and drainage detailing at windows, doors, penetrations, and roof-to-wall transitions
•   Manage curing and moisture control in hot, dry, and high-elevation conditions
•   Oversee scaffolding setup and safe access on multi-story elevations
•   Direct masking and protection of windows, doors, hardscape, and landscaping before work begins
•   Train and mentor plasterers and laborers on application technique, safety procedures, and quality expectations
•   Inspect work throughout each project to ensure it meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable building codes
•   Review and execute scopes of work, work orders, project plans, and installation instructions
•   Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite needs
•   Maintain jobsite safety and ensure crews follow company safety requirements
•   Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, building owners, project managers, and other project contacts
•   Submit production updates, job photos, reports, time records, and required project documentation

•   Keep projects on schedule and communicate delays or changes promptly
•   Ensure crews maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
•   Protect customers' homes, landscaping, and property throughout the project
•   Support a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
•   Perform hands-on stucco work when needed to support the crew and project
