CareLinc is looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Director of Rehabilitation Sales to join our team!

What You’ll Do ️
In this key role, you’ll:
- Lead, coach, mentor, develop, and evaluate Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) and assigned Rehabilitation personnel.
- Establish clear expectations and accountability around referral development, patient communication, documentation, sales performance, order follow-up, and professionalism.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, field ride-alongs, case reviews, and coaching activities to support employee development and performance.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies to increase appropriate patient referrals, expand market share, strengthen referral relationships, and support sustainable revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Occupational Therapists, physicians, hospitals, schools, case managers, payers, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Support ATPs in developing territory plans, identifying growth opportunities, and establishing strong, ethical referral relationships.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to improve evaluation coordination, equipment recommendations, supporting documentation, and the overall patient experience.
- Partner with Service and Repair teams to address equipment concerns, service issues, communication gaps, and opportunities to strengthen referral relationships.
- Monitor key performance indicators including referral activity, revenue, profitability, open orders, order progression, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that support appropriate rehabilitation referrals and organizational growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing on referral outreach, targeted education, community initiatives, and programs that promote CareLinc’s rehabilitation services.
- Participate in community outreach, educational activities, and relationship-building opportunities with referral sources and other stakeholders.
- Ensure sales and referral-development practices remain clinically appropriate, patient-centered, ethical, and compliant with applicable regulatory, accreditation, licensing, and payer requirements.
- Partner with leadership and operational teams to identify performance-improvement opportunities and improve service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent education and experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in rehabilitation, complex rehabilitation technology (CRT), durable medical equipment (DME), healthcare sales, or a closely related field preferred.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-development experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold sales professionals accountable for performance and results.
- Experience working with or supporting Assistive Technology Professionals, Occupational Therapists, physicians, case managers, healthcare facilities, and other referral partners preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, referral sources, healthcare providers, payers, community partners, and internal stakeholders.
