Outbound Sales Representative | Call Center

Onsite in Byron Center, MI | Full-Time | Hourly Base Pay + Uncapped Bonus Potential

At BathWorks of Michigan, our Call Center team creates the first impression for homeowners interested in our Jacuzzi® shower and bath remodels. What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to homeowners who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi® bath remodel.
• Build rapport, handle objections, and schedule in-home design consultations.
• Follow up with leads and keep opportunities moving.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Competitive, driven, and motivated by results.
• Strong communicator who enjoys talking with people.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the appointment.
• Coachable, resilient, and goal-focused.
• Sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus.

Schedule Options

Choose from one of three consistent full-time schedules:

• Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM–8:00 PM
• Saturday–Wednesday | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Thursday–Monday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (Tuesdays & Wednesdays off)

This role starts onsite in Byron Center. Hybrid or remote flexibility may be available after 90 days based on training completion and consistent KPI performance.

Pay, Growth & Benefits

• Hourly base pay + uncapped bonus potential
• Typical earnings of $50,000–$70,000 annually
