This summer internship is for undergraduate students pursuing construction management or a similar major.

ROTATIONS
Our internship program follows a 12-week rotation in critical areas of the construction process. These include:

• Safety: Guidance from a safety professional is vital to a well-rounded career in construction.
• Craft Experience: You will gain a valuable perspective on key components such as labor, materials, and processes that make up a successful construction project.
• Field Leadership: We teach strong communication and collaboration between field and office for successful project delivery.
• Project Management/Precon: Combining office and job site experiences will enhance your ability to manage projects effectively. 

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the Kent Companies office and to area job sites for the duration of the internship.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Must be an undergraduate student pursuing construction management or a similar major.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
