What You'll Bring
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience (geriatrics, primary care, home-based care, or value-based care preferred).
- A highly professional, dependable, and trustworthy approach to patient care.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently with confidence.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing provider-community relationships.
- Adaptability, accountability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
