The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and well-organized vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to passengers.

Bosselman Pump & Pantry offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through:

Responsibilities

  • Transports passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
  • Follows pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
  • Assists passengers with loading and unloading of luggage and other items.
  • Maintains cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Conducts regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Reports any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
  • Adheres to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the shuttle vehicle.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Provides excellent customer service to passengers with a smile, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.

 

Additional Job Duties:

  • Assists with other duties, as assigned.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of experience driving a shuttle is preferred.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and be insurance to drive.
  • Ability to operate a passenger van or shuttle bus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and schedules.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE
  • Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
  • Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
