The primary purpose of the Guest Services Supervisor role is to maintain excellent customer service while leading the team effectively. As a role model, you provide direction in a comfortable and respectful manner. In the absence of the Guest Services Manager, you are expected to seamlessly take on full leadership of the department, ensuring continuity and high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in day-to-day duties.
  • Receive and process incoming customer reservations.
  • Greet customers and determine their needs (dates, times, room types, etc.).
  • Attend to guests' needs and requests.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support, coach, and train Guest Services Agents to maintain service standards.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Complete all required shift procedures, reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Ensure hotel policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar work environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar work environment.
  • Previous hotel or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest service while leading a team.

Availability:

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as required.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required.
