You will be based at our client on the west coast of Sweden. This is a longterm assignment leading change for a global Health & Safety technology solution.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for a Business Strategy Manager / Senior Change Manager to lead change for a global Health & Safety technology solution. You will own the global change strategy, the country-by-country roadmap, and the communication and engagement that make adoption real ā working with senior stakeholders, local leaders, and cross-functional teams.
You bring a structured, practical change-management approach (Prosci in an enterprise / multi-country environment) and know how to move digital tools, systems, and process adoption across countries. You influence without authority in a complex international organisation, support implementation through stabilization, and keep executives informed with clear progress updates.
What you will do:
Develop and execute the global change management strategy for a global Health & Safety technology solution
Define the change roadmap and deployment approach by country
Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment
Build and support a network of local Change Champions and Ambassadors
Manage resistance and mitigation plans
Support country teams during implementation and stabilization
Monitor adoption and engagement through KPIs
Develop the global communication plan and communication materials
Ensure consistent messaging across all countries
Support awareness campaigns before, during, and after deployment
Prepare executive-level updates and progress reports
Build and execute communication and engagement plans
Develop training strategy and support rollout
ā REQUIREMENTS
Prosci Change Management certification (or equivalent certified Prosci practitioner)
Relevant education in change management, communications, HR, business, psychology, organizational development, or a similar field
Proven experience leading large-scale IT change in a global business context (Lead level; typically 8+ years relevant experience)
Demonstrated experience applying Prosci methodology in an enterprise or multi-country environment
Experience managing adoption of digital tools, systems, or process changes across multiple countries or regions
Experience working with senior stakeholders, local leaders, and cross-functional teams
Experience preparing executive-level updates and progress reports
Experience building and executing communication and engagement plans for change initiatives
Experience in training strategy development and rollout support
Experience identifying change impacts, stakeholder groups, and resistance management actions
YOUR PROFILE
A senior change leader with a structured and practical approach, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build and activate local change networks, champions, or ambassador programs. Strong analytical mindset to track adoption, engagement, and change KPIs. You influence without authority, execute with discipline, and stay with the work through implementation and stabilization. Experience with Health & Safety or other enterprise technology rollouts is a plus.
