CAIA Cosmetics is opening a new store atSödra Larmgatan 11 , Gothenburg in fall 2026. We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to elevate the new location.Are you the one to join us on this journey, marking a key milestone in CAIA’s physical expansion?

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key part of our store leadership team, working closely with the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You’ll lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Ensure customers have an exceptional shopping experience by providing personalized service, expert product advice, and handling any issues with professionalism and care.

• Assist in driving store sales targets by motivating and inspiring the team to achieve goals.

• Support and develop a high-performing, motivated team, including training new staff and fostering a positive work environment.

• Ensure the store is beautifully and strategically merchandised, aligning with brand standards and current trends.

• Assist in managing stock levels, deliveries, and ensuring efficient store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Support with administrative duties such as reporting, scheduling, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Proven experience in retail management or assistant management, ideally within the beauty industry.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Passionate about beauty products and trends, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Previous experience as a makeup artist is a plus, but not required.

Please note that availability on weekends, during holiday periods, and during peak activity times is a requirement for this position.
