ABOUT VIVO
VIVO is a US-based home and office brand delivering ergonomic solutions — standing desks, desk converters, monitor
and TV mounts, workspace accessories, and more — to millions of customers. We design, import, and sell our
products across Amazon (US, CA, UK, EU, AU, MX), our Shopify-powered DTC site, and a growing wholesale channel.
We also manage a portfolio of recently acquired consumer brands. VIVO is a lean, high-velocity operation where
ownership and accountability are the cultural currency.
THE ROLE
VIVO operates as a pure-play third-party (3P) eCommerce seller managing 2,000+ SKUs across Amazon (US and
international), Walmart, Wayfair, our Shopify-powered DTC site, and emerging marketplace channels. We are hiring a
Brand Manager to own the day-to-day execution of marketplace sales operations and advertising performance across
these platforms.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role — you will not manage direct reports. Instead, you will be expected to
develop deep operational ownership of marketplace performance, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing,
forecasting, supply chain, and operations teams, and demonstrate the commercial judgment that earns expanded
responsibility over time.
The right candidate thrives in the details of 3P marketplace operations, understands the levers that drive profitability
at the SKU level, and is motivated by the opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial organization. We
will invest in developing management skills over time — what we need on day one is someone who can execute at a
high level across our marketplace and advertising platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketplace Sales & Operations (50%)
• Own day-to-day management of Amazon Seller Central accounts, including listing health, account performance
metrics, pricing, and Buy Box management across US and international marketplaces.
• Monitor and optimize product listings: titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, A+ Content,
and Brand Store presence to improve organic visibility and conversion rates.
• Execute digital shelf strategy including SEO optimization, variation management, bundling opportunities, and
seasonal promotional planning.
• Manage product launches end-to-end on Amazon: keyword research, optimized PDP development, content
creation, VINE review enrollment, and launch-phase advertising.
• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and marketplace trends to identify growth
opportunities and proactively address issues.
• Monitor competitive positioning, pricing dynamics, Buy Box health, and category trends to inform
recommendations.
• Maintain account health and compliance: case management, ASIN issue resolution, and adherence to Amazon
policies and procedures.
• Coordinate FBA shipment planning, inventory allocation, and in-stock management in collaboration with Supply
Chain and Logistics teams.
• Manage Amazon Vine, Subscribe & Save enrollment, deals/coupons calendar, and promotional programs.
• Support and contribute to marketplace operations on Walmart.com, Wayfair, and VIVO's Shopify DTC site,
including listing management, promotional execution, and performance monitoring.
Advertising & Performance Marketing (30%)
• Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and
Sponsored Display — with a focus on ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, and contribution margin.
• Analyze advertising performance data to refine keyword targeting, bid strategies, budget allocation, and
campaign structure.
• Support new product launch advertising strategy, including keyword harvesting, dayparting, and competitive
conquest campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on retail media strategy, aligning advertising investment with organic
content performance and promotional calendar.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports tracking advertising KPIs, revenue attribution, and
SKU-level profitability.
• Support DSP campaign strategy and execution as applicable.
• Stay current on Amazon advertising platform changes, new ad formats, and emerging best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting (20%)
• Partner with forecasting and supply chain teams to ensure inventory levels support sales plans and promotional
activity.
• Collaborate with the content and creative team on imagery, A+ Content development, video, and Brand Store
updates.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reporting, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to
leadership.
• Contribute to pricing strategy and margin analysis — understanding how pricing, promotions, advertising
spend, and Amazon fees interact to drive SKU-level profitability.
• Coordinate with Brand and IP/Legal teams on MAP compliance, unauthorized seller issues, and brand
protection.
• Identify operational process improvements and contribute to the development of SOPs, toolkits, and scalable
workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• 1–3 years of hands-on eCommerce experience with meaningful time working inside Amazon Seller Central (3P
experience strongly preferred) and exposure to additional marketplace or DTC platforms such as Walmart,
Wayfair, or Shopify.
• Demonstrated understanding of Amazon marketplace operations: listing optimization, pricing, Buy Box
dynamics, FBA logistics, account health management.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) with
the ability to manage campaigns and interpret performance data.
• Proficiency with Amazon analytics, reporting tools, and common third-party platforms (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle
Scout, Brand Analytics, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, able to translate metrics into actionable insights and strategic
recommendations.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site full-time at VIVO headquarters in Washington, IL.
Preferred
• Experience with a private-label or branded consumer products company (not just agency side).
• Experience managing international Amazon marketplaces (Canada, Mexico, UK, EU, Australia).
• Familiarity with non-Amazon eCommerce platforms (Walmart Marketplace, Wayfair, Shopify).
• Experience with SKU-level P&L analysis and understanding of contribution margin dynamics in a 3P model.
• Exposure to categories such as home/office, furniture, consumer electronics, or hard goods.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
