| Responsibilities |
- Support a group of Inside Sales Representatives with order follow-up and customer service activities.
- Track open orders, back orders, and vendor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate shipment status, delays, and delivery updates to customers and sales representatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and carriers regarding product availability and shipment schedules.
- File and manage freight, shipping, damaged material, and vendor claims through resolution.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, and product shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipment activity, claims, and customer communications.
- Assist with gathering documentation and information required for customer inquiries and order tracking.
- Monitor outstanding issues and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, logistics, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
